After graduating from Fairfield Union, I attended Columbus State and graduated from Dental Assistant Pro in 2014. I am a certified dental assistant for the State of Ohio. I worked as a dental assistant through the summer of 2018. I grew up having my dental care here at Gentle Dental Care and had an opportunity to join the team in 2018 as an appointment coordinator. I enjoy working in the front office because it allows me to get to know our patients and their families and take care of their scheduling needs. My knowledge in the clinical area has been a great benefit in assisting our patients with their dental concerns and scheduling their appointments.
I live in Lancaster with my husband Joey, our son Kade, and our two ornery dogs. I enjoy free time with my family and friends.
I started in the dental field as a dental assistant in this office in 1997. In 2001, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in dental hygiene and rejoined this team in 2016. I enjoy working closely with patients and getting to know each person. I strive to make sure everyone I take care of has the best oral health possible.

I graduated from Shawnee State University in 1982. I finished my expanded function dental auxiliary certificate at The Ohio State University in 1985 and joined the team in 1986. I love to provide preventive, periodontal, and educational care to our patients and feel that I treat them all like my family and how I would want to be treated.

I obtained my degree in dental hygiene from Shawnee State University in 1981. I began my career at Gentle Dental Care in 1998 as a registered dental hygienist and transitioned to office manager in 2017. I graduated from Shawnee State University with an associate degree in applied science in dental hygiene in 1991. I also obtained licensure to administer local anesthesia in 2016. I have completed training for an oral health access to care permit, advanced CPR, and inhaled sedation monitoring. I joined the practice in August 2020 and brought 29 years of experience with me. I pride myself on making patients feel at ease during their appointments and feel very blessed to have the opportunity to educate them on their oral health and how it impacts their daily lives.

While in high school, I worked as a dental assistant. Enjoying the clinical aspects of dentistry, I continued my education at The Ohio State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a certificate in dental hygiene. In order to serve patients to the best of my ability, I completed the expanded function duties assistant certification, local anesthesia licensing, and the oral health access supervision permit for Ohio. Since it affects every facet of overall health, I strive to educate and treat patients to optimize their oral health by customizing home care treatments to work with busy lifestyles, personal preferences, and dexterity limitations.
In my spare time, I enjoy my dogs, gardening and sewing, and spending time with family and friends.
I attended First Impressions Dental Assisting Program in 2021 and began at Gentle Dental Care for my externship, where they invited me to join the team when I graduated! I make sure the hygiene department runs well and help in all other departments including handling sterilization. Our office is definitely a team atmosphere — something you don’t always find in the workplace! I love that I get to come to work, learn new things, and meet so many new people every day!

I graduated from the Eastland-Fairfield Career Center dental assisting program and started working in the field in 1993. I joined Gentle Dental Care in 2015 and love working in a positive office where the doctors, my teammates, and our patients feel like family.
